• Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, engineering, and technical delivery for a platform used by more than five Fortune 500 manufacturing clients.
• Serve as the primary technical product partner to enterprise stakeholders, translating customer discovery and operational needs into scoped capabilities and release priorities.
• Lead an eight-person onshore and offshore engineering team through sprint planning, roadmap refinement, and release coordination.
• Partner across application, data, cloud, and security architecture to balance customer value, scalability, reliability, dependencies, and engineering effort.
• Led the implementation of ClickHouse for near real-time logging and product analytics while communicating delivery status, risks, and technical tradeoffs.
